Hi Guys , Hope you're all well. I tried following the sketch for the existing layout but the measurements don't seem to add up. I have drawn as to whats your measurements are but please look over to see what I have done wrong.

I did a 3D and animation of my idea as an Extension . let me know what you think of concept. if you like this direction i can start a plan for it .

NOTE: The animation is little different to 3D images with a 2nd storey added capturing the views. again just ideas . all this will cost!!!
